In the territory of the village of Daghmashanli in the liberated Jabrayil district, a mine explosion occurred on October 8.
elchi reports that this was stated in a message from the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General’s Office, and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).
According to the information, Orkhan Ashraf oglu Gahramanov, a resident of Jabrayil district born in 2000, stepped on an anti-personnel mine while grazing cattle in an uncleared area. During the incident, Orkhan Gahramanov sustained bodily injuries of varying degrees.
An investigation is being conducted into the fact by the Jabrayil District Prosecutor’s Office.
ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General’s Office once again call on citizens to observe safety regulations, pay close attention to mine hazard signs, not to touch suspicious objects, not to enter unfamiliar areas, and not to interfere with areas where fencing activities are being carried out.
