In the first 9 months of this year, 1 billion 761.4 million manats were used based on cash order documents submitted by customer organizations for relevant projects, with the aim of reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories.

Of these funds, 891.8 million manats were allocated for the construction and reconstruction of water management, melioration, heating supply, transport, and communal infrastructure, 692.5 million manats for financing social projects oriented towards education, healthcare, and culture, and 177.1 million manats for expenses related to the construction and repair of defense, law enforcement, and other designated facilities.
