The „112“ hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a person in danger of drowning in the sea in the National Seaside Park area in the Sabail district of Baku city.
elchi reports that this was stated in the information of the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In connection with the information, the diving-search group of the State Service for Control over Small-Tonnage Vessels and Rescue in Waters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was immediately involved in the scene.
Thanks to the operational rescue operation carried out by divers, the person in danger of drowning in the sea was rescued with the participation of an employee of the Seaside Boulevard Department’s Security Service and a citizen who had previously entered the water to help.
