Gas prices for November futures in Europe have exceeded $1,050 per 1,000 cubic meters. This is the first time this has been recorded since December 2022.
elchi reports that, according to data from the ICE exchange in London, the price of November futures at the TTF gas hub located in the Netherlands reached approximately $1,055 per 1,000 cubic meters, or 91.07 euros per 1 MWh.
It should be noted that TTF (Title Transfer Facility) is a virtual gas trading hub located in the Netherlands. Futures prices formed at TTF are considered one of the main price indicators for the European gas market.
It is worth recalling that the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Europe began on December 31, 2020, via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
